One day in Valle d'Itria: Alberobello and Locorotondo
Alberobello and Locorotondo offer two different perspectives on Puglia's towns in a day in Valle d'Itria. Our suggested route combines a morning among trulli with an afternoon of lanes, roofs and countryside views. Leave time to notice the differences instead of collecting as many towns as possible.

Include Alberobello's Aia Piccola district
Aia Piccola is an inhabited part of Alberobello characterised by trulli. We suggest it for visitors who want to complement familiar images with a closer look at streets and homes. Stay on public routes, respect doors and private spaces and do not assume every building is open to visitors. An exterior walk does not require entering every shop.
Choose one deeper visit
If you would like to enter a museum or a trullo open to the public, choose one and check tickets and hours directly. Alternatively, spend longer walking and comparing shapes, materials and details visible outside. With children, looking for different roof shapes can become a simple activity, without turning the neighbourhood into an obstacle course or blocking entrances.
Look for Locorotondo's cummerse
Cummerse are Locorotondo's characteristic houses with pitched roofs. After the trulli, they provide an immediate comparison between different building forms. We suggest a slow walk to notice details visible from public streets. It suits an interest in photography and everyday architecture, without expecting deserted lanes or perfect light.
Make room for the valley view
Locorotondo's panoramic stretch known as the Lungomare looks over Valle d'Itria. We would place it after the town walk as a pause to appreciate the landscape. There is no need to add a third town immediately. If you want a tasting or rural visit, book it and replace part of the programme, clarifying duration, access and transport.
Plan the itinerary from Brindisi
Before requesting a quote, decide whether you need only transport to one destination or a service with several stops and a return. Specify your Brindisi starting point, both destinations, the time you would like in each and the return time. A driver, tourist guide, admission and lunch are different services. Ask exactly what the proposal includes and allow time between stops.
